Mark Caserta: Trump supporters, it’s time for the “eye of the tiger”.

Biden advisor:  “Mr. President, we need to discuss our position and action on a situation regarding the security and prosperity of the American people.  Do you have a moment?”

Biden: “What was Trump’s position?”

Biden advisor:  “He was for it.”

Biden:  “Well, we’re against it.”

Biden advisor:  “But, Mr. President, it may severely impact the lives of millions.  Shouldn’t we review it and discuss it based on its merit?”

Biden:  “Ask Kamala, for God’s sake! Leave me alone and bring my Geritol and slippers.”

Folks, while satirical in nature, this isn’t far from what’s happening in the Oval Office right now.

Just over 5 weeks after the inauguration of Joe Biden to the U.S. presidency it’s clear “Sleep Joe” intends to continue his Democrat predecessor’s strategy of “fundamentally changing America”. 

But before he can pick up where Obama left off, He must first nullify the successes of President Trump.

And it appears, he is attempting to surge his nullification of the Trump’s wins at the rate they were established – light speed!

As President Trump so masterfully negated the presidency of Barack Hussein Obama, Joe Biden and his liberal “chieftains” will absolutely “not’ be focused on being the commander-in-chief of our country, but rather on returning the United States to the disrespected, jobless nation it was under Barack and Michelle.

In other words, it’s “pay back” time for the reprobates who defied all the political postulates and elected an outsider – Donald J. Trump.

And so, it’s begun.  Borders are being re-opened.  Well-negotiated deals are being eradicated. Resources that made us energy independent for the first time in our nation’s history are being shut down.  And attacks against all things conservative, have been deployed!

And we find ourselves on the field of battle in the absence of the greatest strategic mind in history – the father of conservatism, Rush Limbaugh.  We love and miss you, Rush.  Godspeed.

What would Rush tell us?  I believe He would say, “Return to your roots – get the “eye of the tiger!”

That means understanding liberals and the progressive movement, as it is indeed a movement that’s “progressive” in nature.

Example? Roe v. Wade wasn’t always abortion on demand.  Initially, it had restrictions based on the viability of the baby and the health of the mother.  But liberals “progressively” challenged the status quo, winning baby step victories, until they achieved their goal – infanticide at the whim of the mother and the will of the state.

That’s the progressive modus operandi!  They never stop! They never give up!  If it involves restrictions, it isn’t liberal enough!  If it involves morality, principles, or convictions it’s not progressive enough. 

If it involves God…shut it down!

But we have questions – understandably so!

If the Democrats truly stole the 2020 election, why couldn’t it be exposed and properly expunged?  More importantly, what have we been able to deduce that will prevent it from happening again?

The fact that Democrats are so emboldened right now should give us all pause.  What do they know that we don’t?  Have they developed an algorithm giving them the power to influence an election? 

All we know, for sure, is the there is a doddering, frail liberal in the White House masquerading as the commander-in-chief, with an activist VP by his side chomping at the bits to advance progressivism in a manner unlike anything we’ve ever witnessed.

Friends, during this “unpleasant” political period of time, I’ve taken a sabbatical from writing.  Frankly, it’s been exceedingly difficult (as I’m sure it’s been for other patriots) to engage in the news of the day when so much had apparently gone extraordinarily wrong.

But, today, something prompted me to move forward.  I believe it was Divine in nature.  I believe many others heard it, as well.

I am convinced God is calling us to make a choice, to employ the free will He’s given each of us.  In the face of a giant, how do we react?  Do we cower in fear of the enemy or rise with boldness knowing God has never forsaken us? 

After all, David took a stone to a sword fight and was victorious.  Even after witnessing failure after failure, He chose to persevere in God’s Will.  He made a choice to win!

It is this choice that each of us must make that will determine U.S. history moving forward.

It is this choice that will determine what sort of a world our children and grandchildren will inherit. 

It is this choice that will remind God we have the wherewithal to be “His” servants or servants of the state.  He created us in His image – the image of a winner!

As hard as it may be – As cheated as we may feel – As disheartened and angry we may be – what are Democrats hoping to accomplish?  What would they have Trump supporters do?

Drop your weapons.  Lay down and be subservient to liberal rule.

Subservience is not within me.  I cannot acquiesce to the path of least resistance.  I will not allow my disgust and outrage to silence me. I plan to win.

I plan to continue writing and influencing on behalf of conservatism as never before.  If we lose, we’ve been defeated valiantly.

But if we win, God’s got our backs and our future.

“E pluribus Unum” or “Out of many – One”

Together, as one, is the only way we win.  Let’s make these next four years the most difficult liberals have ever witnessed, but let’s take the high road.  Let’s do it legally and with conviction.

That’s a strategy they don’t understand.

Mark Caserta: Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” offers timely perspective for us all!

Just a few days away from the most magical day of the year, I find myself reflecting on the lyrics from the first stanza of John Lennon’s 1971 Christmas song, “So this is Christmas.”

“So, this is Christmas. And what have you done? Another year over. And a new one just begun.”

This question is particularly thought-provoking for those who’ve been engaged this year in the state of our country, our city and our fellow man. Regardless of your political or religious persuasion, I think most would agree we’ve seen an unparalleled level of quarreling and animosity among people this year.

A few years back I wrote a Christmas column entitled, “Perhaps we should reflect on the chains we’ve forged.” I keep a copy with our Christmas decorations. Each year, when my wife has me carry the decorations upstairs for her to magically transform our home for the holidays, I’m greeted by the newspaper clipping resting in “mechanical” Santa’s lap!

Here’s a modified excerpt from my 2013 column.

The brilliance and imagery of the Charles Dickens classic, “A Christmas Carol,” offers a timeless reflection of the magical consequences of human kindness.

Of his tale, Dickens wrote, “I have endeavored in this Ghostly little book, to raise the Ghost of an Idea, which shall not put my readers out of humour with themselves, with each other, with the season, or with me. May it haunt their houses pleasantly, and no one wish to lay it.”

And “haunt” us it has for over 170 years with its sustained relevance for mankind and its sobering look at the sanctity and opportunity of life.

Ebenezer Scrooge was a man, lost within his own maize of anxiety, stripped of his compassion for others whose significance diminished as his wealth grew.

Yet, while unworthy of his journey of recompense, Scrooge was given an opportunity to witness the chains he forged in life from the third person as he was led on a journey by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come.

I can only surmise Dickens chose Christmas as the setting of his tale of repentance because of the depth of purpose he envisioned it had for his fellow man and the opportunity it offered for reflecting upon one’s life choices.

I believe, however, Dickens is prompting us to invoke similar introspection.

How would your journey fare with the three apparitions? What chains have you forged?

Life’s choices in today’s world are exceedingly complex and follow a path dimly lit and laden with distractions unique to our times.

Ebenezer Scrooge had some ghostly mentors to influence change in his life and Dickens ensured his tale allowed Scrooge to alter his future.

Unfortunately, none of us have Dickens’ script guaranteeing our life tomorrow. And all too often we find ourselves wishing we’d made better choices or extended unselfish, random gifts of kindness to others.

I suggest using Christmas, as Dickens did, to reflect upon the chains we may have forged in life and begin working toward reducing the links.

Before we find it’s too late to impact our legacy and future.

Mark Caserta: Electoral Call to Action – Stand on God’s Word.

It was late Tuesday evening, November 8, 2016.

The liberal Democrat Party was in shock.  They had just lost the presidential election and their eight-year reign of power – to an outsider. 

It was unacceptable.  What just happened? 

Anger and tears fostered a demonstrable disdain for the American people.  It was those “freedom loving”, “flag waving”, “Bible thumping” basket of deplorables that did it!  How dare they challenge our power and attempt to control what we’ve worked so hard to accomplish!  Who do they think they are?

We’ll show them. We’ve got to make sure this never happens again.

Thus, subsequent to the inauguration of their worst nightmare, Donald J. Trump, the four-year nefarious plot to steal the 2020 presidential election and regain power began.

 As Trump’s wins and victories were applauded by the nation, the liberal hatred festered into a loathsome craze to extinguish conservatives at all cost. Socialist-minded politicians no longer cared if voters knew their intent was never to represent Americans. 

The liberal Democrat hatred for Trump began to far surpass any love they may have had for their country. 

Liberal Democrat allegiance to our country is contingent and relative to the portion of power they receive.  The more power they’re given, the more they will provide and care for you.

Joe Biden’s campaign slogan, “Build Back Better”, was the moniker for the greatest political heist in our nation’s history.  A masterful networking of complicit racketeers was constructed with the liberal media as a willing accomplice, to engage in a coup of the most powerful leader in the world.

 Yes, they would build an organizational structure that could empower and enable them to not only control the election, but the American people!

 Recruitment began at the highest levels of security for those with the adequate amount of disdain for Donald Trump required to undertake a massive ploy to undermine the presidency.  They initiated the distraction of Russian collusion to keep the administration’s eyes off the dirty little elves as they began to embed themselves in the nooks and crannies of the electoral process.

The spider web of activity spread across the nation, into all battleground states.  Outside interests from nation’s losing under Trump’s presidency were employed.  Criminal activities to manipulate the voting mechanisms, as needed, were engaged.  Preparations were made to subvert and overturn an overwhelming loss.  The enthusiasm from Trump supporters was too alarming, despite the fake news and polls designed to influence.

Four years later, Tuesday, November 3, 2020, the votes began to pour in in record numbers.  Liberal Democrats were panic-stricken.

Battle stations! Engage the plan!

And engage they did.  Votes for Joe Biden began appearing from literally nowhere. Counting was even paused in some instances to allow teams on the ground to deploy forces and employ the battle plan.  There was so much odious activity, it couldn’t be disguised.  Lying, cheating, and stealing were nearly omnipresent!    

The American people were never given a clear line of sight.  Media outlets, to include heretofore conservative-leaning networks, had sold their souls to the socialist-leaning Democrat Party, Joe Biden and his attack dog minion, Kamala Harris.  The plan was working!  Revenge is a dish best served cold!

And the cold, hard truth we are being given is Biden/Harris won the election, even though many know in their hearts it couldn’t possibly be true. 

So, here we are.  It’s literally the age-old combat between good and evil.

Is our foundation strong enough?  Have our Founding Fathers prepared us for such a time as this?  Do the American people have enough power and tenacity to squelch the impending evil to the left of us?

Losing is not an option, but often we do not get to choose our options.  Sometimes we have to play the hand we’re dealt.  A win or two would be comforting.

Faith has taught us that when we’ve done all we can do – stand.  God operates best when His people realize they are powerless without Him.

 Answers?  I have none.

All I know to do is pray and stand on what I believe.  I trust God will take care of the rest.

Mark Caserta: It will take every single voter to save Huntington on Nov. 3rd.

“The devil went down to Georgia. He was looking for a vote to steal. He was in a bind, ‘cause he was way behind and willing to make a deal”.

This parody of the lyrics from Charlie Daniels’ legendary song seems to sum up the angle of most politicians today who seem willing to sell their soul for positional power.

The problem with positional power is that without wisdom and good intent, it’s very dangerous and negatively consequential for those subject to it.  It isn’t often that caring citizens have opportunity to literally save their city from such political embellishment.

 On November 3rd, local voters have an historic opportunity to participate in one of the “greatest comebacks in American history” in the healing of a city “ravaged by ruin.”

For 8 painful, arduous years, the city of Huntington has been on the decline. During that time, we’ve watched our city be overtaken by crime, drugs, and progressive ideology – all of which have a symbiotic relationship. 

What was once referenced as the Jewel City, is now one of the #1 crime and drug overdose cities in the nation.

Now, given the level of dissent among citizens and business owners remaining in Huntington, one would be compelled to expect a landslide victory was on the horizon for the conservative candidate, Scott Marshall Caserta, right?

Oh, but grandma, there’s a the fly in the buttermilk!

Mayor Williams and his complicit minions (which includes our share of fake news outlets) have focused the last 4 years on replacing hard-working, conservative voters who contribute to society, with downtrodden individuals caught in the liberal nets of benevolence and have little choice but to be beholden to the hand that feeds them.

It is a verifiable fact that some addiction facilities have gone outside our city and state to bring in addicts for treatment in Huntington rehab facilities.  I suppose we simply didn’t have enough of our own.  Supplemental to this madness has been an initiative to register the homeless to vote.

One might refer to it as election tampering through attrition.

What lies beneath the “spit shined” exterior of lifetime politicians who would feel emboldened to compromise the very heart of a city and her inhabitants simply to remain in power?

Would anyone who cared about our city and its citizens build an economic model around fewer jobs and a dependency upon government?

Only a liberal thinks that way.

And only a progressive aspiring to reign over disadvantaged subjects powerless to sustain themselves (much less contribute to an economy) would sell the jobs and futures of our citizens, simply to lavish longingly in the spotlight of spurious servitude.

I have nothing personal against Mayor Steve Williams. In fact, I’ve partially supported his decisions in the past, at the chagrin of those dear to me.

But the fact remains, his policies have crippled the city of Huntington in a devastating manner! Our city is now on life support emanating from the few remaining Huntingtonians willing to go down with their sinking ship as they struggle to correct her course.

Liberal larcenists stole the city of Huntington from us nearly 8 years ago.  It’s time to take her back.

But allow me to be perfectly and unapologetically clear.  It will take every single voter with the conviction of saving our city to get off their backsides and vote.  If you don’t vote – we lose – it’s that simple.

Not maybe!  Not if I have time!  Not if I can get off work!  If you don’t vote, you won’t have to worry about work!  It will be gone!

Understand, it will take more than a man to return our city to greatness.  It will take God.

Scott Caserta doesn’t have all the answers.  He will be the first to tell you that.  But He knows a God who does!  And I believe if we humble ourselves and seek God’s Face and Favor, He will heal our land and prosper our people. 

We can return to the city once known as a great place to live, work and raise a family.

The only conservative, Christian choice for mayor of Huntington is Scott Caserta.

Huntington won’t survive another term under our current mayor.  You know where to be on November 3rd.

Liberal Democrats have all become “Terminators”.

Just like the cyborg assassin sent by “Skynet” to kill Sarah Connor in 2015, they have been repurposed and reprogrammed with the sole mission of getting rid of the President of the United States – Donald J. Trump.

Come hell or high water – get out of the way – he must go.  And until that final “spark of entity” has been extinguished inside liberals, they will literally “crawl” toward removing him from office! 

Not only do they hate him, they loathe him. They are obsessed with every step he takes, every move he makes – even unto death.

On September 17, 2020, Marshall University assistant professor Jennifer Mosher horrifically wished a “COVID death” for all of President Trump’s supporters before the presidential election.

That’s not only treasonous, it’s demented and evil.

Leftist Democrats hate our president more than they love the nation of people for whom he is commander-in-chief.

So, given the level of disdain the left has for Donald Trump and his supporters, what “wouldn’t” they do to remove him from the Oval Office?

Would they create a factitious Russian Dossier to get approval from the Department of Justice to conduct a witch-hunt investigation hoping to find any tidbit of “evidence” worthy of impeaching the president?

Would they target his family and business in hopes of securing some small piece of evidence that Donald Trump was an evil man?

Would leftist, activist members of the FBI intentionally ruin the careers and personal lives of war heroes to blackmail them into testifying against the president in a totally fabricated investigation?

Would liberal Democrats be willing to return to a poor economy, fewer jobs, and increased poverty just to make the president look inept?

Would the left be willing to withhold economic aid to Americans during the COVID epidemic until after the presidential election, simply to create the false belief that voters must make a change?

Would the liberal media be willing to pre-empt truths with total falsehoods to create a narrative of distrust and hate for this president?

Given the level of impact each of these damnable acts against the citizens of the United States AND the fact that each of them is documented, proven history…ask yourself, “Is there anything on the table liberal Democrats WOULD NOT DO to rid our country of President Trump?”

If your answer is “No”, one must ask, “Would they be willing to cheat during the upcoming election”?

Without a shadow of doubt – absolutely!  I have reason to believe liberal Democrats have had a plan in place for years to disenfranchise Trump voters as well as emancipate liberal voters who favor their mission of removing Trump.

And frankly, my dear, they don’t give a *&^%$ if you, the American people, know about it or not!

They believe once they are back in power it’s no holds barred.  Redemption and retribution draweth nigh for liberals who plan to re-pay Trump supporters and conservatives for the pain and anguish they’ve caused the left the past 4 years!

So, watch closely, my friends.  It’s already happening.  Rest assured, the only way President Trump wins the 2020 presidential election is to win it SO OVERWHELMINGLY it negates the thousands of votes that will be adversely impacted by liberal, treasonous thieves who couldn’t care less about America.

Getting rid of President Trump is liberal Democrat’s mission, at any cost. 

And you will pay the price if they succeed.

Mark Caserta: Here’s why liberal Democrats want to “defund” the police.

It’s positively, unequivocally, and in every other way – moronic.

It’s analogous to removing traffic lights and stop signs because some don’t work properly.

The idea of “defunding” the police by the liberal Democrats is simply the largest leap toward removing boundaries for progressives in our country’s history.  While it is, undoubtedly, ludicrous on the surface, it aligns perfectly with liberal ideology.

Progressivism is exactly what the moniker portrays.  Liberals “progressively” advance their agenda by vehemently pronouncing their presence and being the loudest voice in the room.  Even huge failures often result in small victories by moving the needle of morality ever so slightly to the left.

One must understand liberals view principle and morality on a sliding scale of standards.  It varies with every movement.  It’s consistency lies in the fact that it’s always, always contrary to God’s Word and conservatism and is tenacious in its onslaught.

A perfect example is Roe v Wade.

In 1973, the Supreme Court ruled that a woman’s liberty right (in this instance, whether to be pregnant or not) was stronger than the state’s interest in the life of the baby “up to a certain point” in the pregnancy.

Per the Court’s ruling, at the point of “viability” or the baby’s ability to survive outside the womb, the woman’s right to choose an abortion was outweighed by the potential life of the child. At that point, the Court ruled a state could prohibit women from having abortions. The only caveat was if the birth presented a health risk to the mother.

Just under 50 years later, liberals have challenged case after case and successfully moved the standard for protecting life far to the left.  In 2020, it’s seemingly as easy to have an abortion as it is to have a tooth pulled.  Sadly, it’s become murder of inconvenience.

That, my friend, is the progressive movement.  And that is exactly what is happening with the so-called “defund the police” movement by liberal activists.

Now, the police will not be eliminated.  Intelligent minds will prevail.  But we are seeing those with the ability to do so, reduce police funding and place citizens at risk. This is an impactful victory for liberals and the first step toward achieving a greater goal.

The left’s determination to subvert Democracy should be very disturbing for everyone and be the catalyst for staunch opposition from the right.

What law-abiding citizen in our country would want to eliminate or even reduce law enforcement? Most would support further funding for the safety of our families!  I submit, the majority of those supporting defunding would be only those constrained from committing lawless acts.  It’s extremely important for us to realize the many in the liberal media are complicit in making this happen.

Higher ratings? Perhaps.  But there are those, to include the media, who place the sovereignty of our nation and the safety of our people far below propagating their progressive agenda.

We’ve seen what happens when bad people are left unrestrained!  It results in chaos, destruction, and death – period.  That’s what is transpiring in city’s with liberal leadership!

It’s simply amazing what liberal Democrats are willing to compromise simply to rid themselves of the Trump presidency. They have proven they hate Donald Trump more than they love America – if they even love America at all!

What to do?  I’m glad you asked. It’s a question more people must begin asking.

The absolute only way you can make a difference is vote.  It is the universal language of politicians and the mainstream media.  I often ask how the same derelict representatives get elected year after year.

It’s because good people allow it to happen by not becoming informed, engaged, and voting to advance our Republic. 

Believe me when I tell you it isn’t going to get any easier.  We are at a point where conservatives must win elections by wide margins to reduce the opportunity for fraud.

President Ronald Reagan once said, “If we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to.  This is the last stand on earth.”

Who is going to make that stand?  If conservative Christians don’t vote, we lose.  We lose our nation, our freedom, our right to worship and protect our family.

We lose it all.  Because, that’s what the liberal Democrats want from you.  They want it all.

Don’t give it to them.

Nothing good ever comes from hatred – nothing. 

 The world needs to see our faith in God in action. 

We must be able to discern right from wrong, good from evil and justice from injustice.  I’m afraid I don’t always have the wisdom to do so – without God.

Our country thrives on the rule of law.  I wish everyone followed the rules.  We would have far fewer problems.  But sometimes, people don’t.  We mustn’t strive to re-define Democracy and our very way of life every time someone fails to act in a fair and just manner.  We must leverage the freedom we’ve been given to make sound decisions to preserve and protect what makes America great.

But we can always be greater!

We literally owe police officers our lives. They risk their lives every day to protect ours. But as with any occupation, there are bad people.

Minneapolis is a tragic example of dereliction of duty, black, white or otherwise.

While absolutely not representative of all officers, these individuals deserve the full repercussions provided by the law.  I’m heartbroken every time I watch the horrific video.

George Floyd should be alive. People of all ethnicity should be outraged.

But the outrage must be peaceful. Looting and rioting are not honest methods of protest. Sadly, there are bad people who enjoy promoting anarchy during these times of unrest. They’re not interested in justice, just violence and destruction.

We are living in troubling times. The further we get away from God’s Word, the less stability we will have as a nation.

I have no doubt our Heavenly Father must be watching from His Throne contemplating the time He will send His Son to bring His children home.

One must wonder, if Jesus returned during an evening of rioting and looting and how much fear would overcome those left behind as they contemplated “what just happened?”

One must also wonder how Christians would answer when God asked them why we allowed the world to become so void of His love and compassion for others.  I don’t want to be grasping for words…

God’s Word is the only answer and the devil knows it.  The Bible says the demons “tremble” at the thought of His presence.

Thus, removing all semblance of God from society has been the progressive mantra for decades. The unrest and lack of wisdom from leadership we are witnessing in Minneapolis and across the nation is an example of the fruit this continued movement will produce.

We must unite as Christians. “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” If we don’t act on God’s behalf – who will?

Jesus took 12 men and shook the world!

What greater things can the Body of Christ do now?

If Christians get engaged and vote, we can have a huge impact.

Love and the genuine intent to honor our brothers and sisters will always win in the end.

Now is not the time to stay on the sidelines. Now is not the time to wait for it to impact you personally.

Now is the time to get engaged!

God isn’t looking for ability, just availability.

Stop complaining about what you permit to happen with your inactivity!

Go make a difference. And if you aren’t willing, then get out of the way of those who are!

Jesus had little patience for apathy. But He greatly admired faith – especially faith in action!

Show the world your faith by your works!

President Barack Obama’s chief of staff Rahm Emanuel famously said in 2008, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. I mean, it’s an opportunity to do things that you think you could not do before.”

Hence the corruptive modus operandi of the Democrat Party.  The tactics are clearly visible in the COVID-19 controversy and now in the death of an unarmed black man in Minneapolis. 

These are not the Democrats of John F. Kennedy or Franklin D. Roosevelt.  In fact, they aren’t worthy of shining these former president’s shoes.  They certainly aren’t capable or even willing to serve our country.

Allow me to say, once again, it’s not the “Democratic Party” as so many clumsily ventilate.  I refuse to use the moniker! The term “Democratic” is an adjective describing the party. Understand, Democrats forsook Democracy years ago!

There are many adjectives I could use to describe the party of Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer – Democratic isn’t one of them.

Let’s be clear. The rioting and looting in Minneapolis and across the nation have little to do with the death of George Floyd, as tragic as it was.  People genuinely desirous of making positive change protest passionately, but peacefully.  The solution can’t be worse than the problem.

It wasn’t until the professional protestors showed up that matters escalated out of control.  The majority of individuals being arrested at these violent gatherings are not locals, but “ringers” financed for the sole purpose of inciting violence and reckless behavior.

Groups like ANTIFA, a militant, left-wing, anti-fascist political activist movement seek out these opportunities like “heat-seeking” missiles with the aim of achieving their destructive objectives of chaos and violence.

ANTIFA comes to the scene fully equipped to spur hatred, fuel the fire of violent protest and capture video supporting their anarchical cause.

After the buildings are burned, the smoke clears and enough people have paid the price of Capitalism, they leave.  Citizens are left to deal with the damage and pillage through the ruins.

It’s the perfect storm for socialist-minded, liberal-leaning, U.S. hating punks without functioning lives to live.  And they are willing pawns for those seeking to gain from disaster.  It’s the epitome of despicable.

These folks place their agenda above the peace and prosperity of our nation – period.

Unfortunately, many of them represent us in government supported by disengaged, destructive-minded, liberal minions.

But, who funds these pathetic purveyors of pandemonium?

You may or may not be surprised to know that beyond the philanthropic support of liberals like George Soros, there are groups posing as news organizations who rely on clamor and commotion for ratings. 

These organizations have a “waiting list” of reckless-minded individuals ready, willing and able to travel to the otherwise “peaceful” protests to ignite the flames of rebellion resulting in crimes of looting and destruction.

Just follow the camera angles and view the footage for clues as to who these “journalistic” organizations and financiers may be.  All crimes need a motivated offender, a suitable target and the absence of a capable guardian.  You can be “Columbo” in this investigation.

It’s simply the age-old battle between “good” and “evil”.

There are good people in our nation simply wanting to live their lives, support their families and prosper in a nation God has so richly blessed with good and perfect gifts. These people will rise to defend their families and nation in a responsible manner.

But there are also bad people, blinded by the enemy and driven by evil who are hiding in the darkness waiting for the opportunity to steal, kill and destroy.  These individuals will compromise your rights as the means to an evil end and not think twice about it.

We know who wins in the end.  But it’s up to good people to bring light unto the world. When light enters, darkness has to flee.

But why have liberals been so successful? Sadly, we’ve allowed it to happen.

If there was ever a time for Christian conservatives to do their duty and vote – the time is now.

We are the absolute only hope for stopping the progressive movement!

I repeat – the only hope.

The spoils of this war involve the future of our nation and the safety of our children.

I’m not willing to give that up. You shouldn’t be either.

Together, we will win. Guaranteed.

Divided, we lose everything.

Did you ever wonder what “weapons” the Apostle Paul was referencing? For that matter, what “warfare” was Paul’s addressing in his letter to the Corinthians?

I’m inclined to believe the warfare we face in the 21st century is not altogether different from the battles Paul fought in the 1st century. One must surmise that poverty, crime, lascivious behavior, government, apathy, slovenly demeanors, greed, and narcissisms were not proprietary to Jesus’ time.

They may be more amplified in 2020 – but evil is evil.

The difference is the degree to which God’s Word is applied in addressing it!

The heart of man has not changed; it has just been desensitized to respond differently. We face the same warfare resulting from poor behavioral responses as Christians have faced throughout history, it’s just that our choice to apply God’s Word as the defining standard has succumb to the evolving progressive views of the world.

Liberals have obfuscated the term “progress” beyond its general application to technology to what they’ve pre-determined to be “progress” in religion. They’ve pursued making worship more “sensible” and applicable to our changing times, hence the progressive movement.

Our weapons have not changed either. When Jesus said, “It is finished,” the heavenly arsenal was opened to those who believe and follow Him. Sadly, many Christians have found it easier to “surrender” to the world, rather than surrender to the Almighty.

Unfortunately, this apathetic response by Christians in the recent years is arguably the reason the progressive movement has been so successful. Understand, if Christians united and voted every election cycle according to God’s Word, we would never lose an election. So, who is to blame?

Frankly, Christians have been given the ability to be the “problem-solvers” of the world! No, we do not profess to have all the answers, but we know a God who does! God is not looking for our ability. He’s looking for our availability! Unfortunately, many hide behind circumstance.

So, understanding the degree to which we are responsible for applying the Gospel to the world around us, where are Christians during the current COVID-19 crisis?

Let me be clear. God has not executed some sort of “divine punishment” upon the earth. He is not to blame! The Bible is clear. All good and perfect gifts” come from God! Satan is the thief, who comes to steal, kill and destroy.

But both God and the enemy have plans for you during this pandemic. God wants to take what the enemy meant for evil and make it good. The enemy simply wants you dead.

Look around you. The truth is there are more people than you can imagine that want to profit from COVID-19. But none so demonic as those who would do so at the expense of Christians being able to exercise their faith, for doing so would inevitably cripple our society.

Liberals within the progressive movement understand God’s Word is the only barrier in their way of achieving the ultimate goal of placing morality on a sliding scale commensurate with the times.

Jesus called the Word, the “rock” upon which I will build my Church” He knew an immovable faith would be prerequisite to healing a dying world.

Jesus also knew our faith and strength would be challenged. Paul, thought to author much of the New Testament, reminded Christians we should not forsake “the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is but exhort one another”. In fact, we should exhort “much more” during troubling times!

During COVID-19, the world’s wisdom sees abortion clinics, liquor stores and bars as essential services. They do not see God’s people worshipping together as an essential service, at least not in their model. But beyond that, they see it as the “dismantling” of a movement!

Trust me when I tell you this shelter-in-place mandate has absolutely nothing to do with protecting your health. It’s about damaging your spiritual well-being and resolve as a Christian.

Yes, the Bible tells us we should obey the laws around us. But it does not say we have to like it!

We can darn sure be the loudest voice in the room and show our disdain for this type of leadership during the upcoming election. I am simply amazed at how the same, feckless, inept politicians keep getting re-elected year after year. I’ve no doubt, it’s the result of Christians allowing themselves to be taken out of the game, rather than fight for their rights and fulfill the calling on their lives.

It’s OK for Christians to take advantage of this pandemic, only in a much “nobler” manner than others.

Let 2020, be the year Christians used COVID-19, the plague the enemy meant to destroy, as the catalyst for returning the Christian Voice to America!

If Christians unite and vote God’s Word, we will not fail. We can keep our country safe from the wiles of the enemy. Let’s do exactly the opposite the enemy would have us do.

Don’t succumb – but overcome. Make the Church the essential service God intended.
