I want to thank each and every one of you for your tremendous support in making West Virginia history by signing the “Reopen WV Primaries” petition.
It’s the Republic in action with the people giving consent to the government and challenging them to represent your wishes!
In 2026, we declined nearly 47,000 Republican votes since the last non-presidential year primary!
Thousands of unaffiliated voters who’d helped Republicans gain the majority in Charleston were told “we don’t need you anymore”, simply because some members of the GOP feared Democrat crossover votes impacting the Republican primary.
Folks, the data does not support this! It’s emotion over common sense!
